Reputation management has become a much more critical issue due to crisis and risk atmosphere around the globe. Risk society and various crisis occurring in different geographies cause reputation management to be much more critical topic for brands while brand and reputation, as terms, have new layers due to political, ecological and financial developments.

It is obvious that, brand value can not be evaluated free from corporate reputation. Brand perception is directly effected by faults and proper decisions of corporations. Ideal reputation management, is a determining factor for brand value and exchange value of goods and services.
